How do I add Walls, Floors & Terrain Paints to the Sims 2?

Extract the contents of the ZIP to the folder shown

If you do not have a Downloads folder then simply create one in the location shown above and add your files to it.

You can organize walls, floors and terrain paints into subfolders within the Downloads folder if you want to.
