I'm getting this error when trying to install downloads "Please double-click a custom content package file to install the content"?

This occurs because you have NOT followed the installation instructions correctly. 

Package files (skins, furniture, walls, floors) are NOT installable files that you double click to run, you simply need to unzip them and place them in your Downloads folder (or Saved Sims for skins if you wish) and then LEAVE THEM ALONE - they are then installed and do NOT need any further 'attention'.

Please read our installation instructions, by following the steps shown and correctly installing your downloaded custom content you can avoid this issue in the future.
