.... however, please note that if you're asking a question covered in the FAQ topics, but are simply hoping to avoid reading the answer then its quite likely you may have your question ignored, or you'll get a short response referring you to the appropriate topic. 

Please only email me directly if you feel the matter is urgent or important or if you are directed to contact me via one of our support topics. 

I spend on average 1-3 hours a day dealing with Parsimonious related correspondance so if you're only emailing me to 'chat' or to spam me with some nonsense that isn't really important you're likely to get ignored, your messages are likely to be marked as junk and I will be less inclined to help you in the future if something serious arises. I do not appreciate being spammed with business propositions, requests to join chat groups, web rings, religious organizations, I don't want to get an online degree, my husband does not need Viagra, I don't want to be 'tagged' or touted to join a pyramid scheme and I certainly don't want to find 20Mb of images of some bedroom sets you found online that you want me to make for you and I don't have time to 'chat' with anyone on any sort of IM no matter how entertaining and 3D their chat avatars may be.

Please do make sure that you check your trash folders - I do get complaints on my guest book from time to time where people have followed up a 'lack of response' only it later transpires that their mail client ate my message.
