Please be aware that I get a huge volume of emails every day (mostly spam) and that I have very little time to answer questions, especially ones which are already answered here in the Support Section. Please do check the topics listed in the menu above, including the Frequently Asked Questions sections in About Parsimonious or in any of the Version listings if your question relates to our custom content.

If your query concerns an urgent legal matter then please state this in the subject line so your message can be handled as a priority.

It is always best if you can try and find an answer by yourself, either in our Support Topics or by asking your favourite search engine for help because our Support service is very SLOW! Typically most emails are answered in around 1-2 weeks, during ridiculously busy times this can sometimes turn into months. Any emails that are still waiting after 6 months are deleted as a general policy.

Very often emails that answer questions which are addressed in our Support Topics are ignored.

What if I need to contact another artist?

At this time we do not have a general contact system in place for getting messages to other artists. Please use the contact site owner link above and make sure you put the artist name in the subject line, your message will be passed on if we still have valid contact details for that artist.

At this time it is planned to bring back a comments/guest book system, but this will be a read-only message service because we prefer not to keep visitor's email addresses on our web servers any longer as we have been subject to a large number of attempted security breaches over the course of 2010 and 2011.
